our story
In 2022, Kim and Scarlett launched their own fashion brand. Their designs quickly found customers across Europe and North America.But producing their collections revealed the reality of fashion manufacturing:
most factories required large minimums, communication was unclear, and quality was often inconsistent.Later that year they met Guo, a garment expert with over 15 years of factory experience. Together they developed production processes designed for smaller brands.
That’s how JIAMI Co was born.A manufacturing partner offering reliable quality and small-batch production starting from just 30 pieces.

From pattern to packed product, our manufacturing process is managed under one roof.
Our production facility handles the key stages of garment manufacturing in-house, including:

With a monthly production capacity of over 100,000 garments, the factory is equipped to support both small-batch development and larger production runs as brands grow.
